How can I place an order?

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery location and the quantity of products purchased. You can view estimated shipping costs by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your email address and shipping address. Exact shipping costs are automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Actual delivery times and dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the following standard delivery times:

On average, orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from the start of production.
US orders can arrive in approximately 3-10 business days after shipping.
International orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive in your country after shipping.
My tracking number is not working.

It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to appear in your carrier's system. If the tracking number does not work within a few days, please contact us.

I need help with a late order.

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days (domestic) and 45 business days (international), please contact our customer service.

What if there is a mistake in my order?

First of all, please don't do this!

However, you can still update your order information (including changes to size, color, quantity, or shipping address) if you request it within 6 hours of placing your order. Contact us today and our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 6 hours after completing the payment process. After this time, the order immediately goes into production.

Contact us for order details. We will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

We cannot cancel your order once we have started printing.

What is the quality assurance process?

We work with great manufacturers who can ensure the high quality of each package by taking everything into account and making last minute checks before sending your entire order.

Based on the known problems and characteristics of each product, our quality assurance experts outline detailed criteria against which we will test a given product:

Product type (shoes, bag...)
Origin - workshop, date of testing...
Variations
color
Materials - use a trial product and describe it
size
Use - use the test product and describe it
Smell - use test products and rate them
These criteria are then placed in a test table and each item is rated and recorded on a scale of 1 to 5 (low quality to high quality).

All products must go through a full testing process and each product must score a minimum of 80 points before it can be packed and shipped.
