Notice can be sent to us by email: wuhlayv@outlook.com. Upon receipt of your notification, we will conduct a prompt internal investigation and, if your complaint is upheld, we will take appropriate action against the allegedly infringing data sheet(s).

3. Actions We Can Take Against Infringing Data Sheets:

● Removal of allegedly infringing data sheets from our website.
● Notify the seller of your complaint and provide your details so that both of you can clarify the issue.
● Revocation of sales rights and withholding of funds from infringing sellers, as well as destruction of inventory in our possession, if the infringement is proven to be true or confirmed by a court.
● Terminate the user account of the offending seller in case of three (3) willful violations.
● Immediate termination of an infringing seller's user account in certain exceptional situations where Crazyoursa has been sued for the seller's infringing activities, or judicial, enforcement or administrative authorities require ZAFUL to terminate any account or take similar measures.

A case of violation shall be recorded for one (1) year from the date of sentencing.
