RETURN OF GOODS

1. You have up to 14 days from the date you received the product to submit a return request. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date the item was received. We will also process all returns and refunds within 5 business days of receipt.

2. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags (which cannot be removed) and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. You can contact us at wuhlayv@outlook.com to initiate a refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and rectify it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, free items or gift cards.

1. Underwear is intimate underwear. Due to hygiene issues, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

2. Products and accessories from the final sale cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, purses, hats, belts, scarves, watches, sunglasses, pins, socks, bow ties, leggings, ties and more.

2. There is only one option to return or exchange the goods, please confirm before returning.


Refund

1. Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if your return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2. However, don't forget to update the tracking number and carrier in the return center or email us immediately after sending your return.

3. For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on site. We will process all returns and refunds within 5 business days, but due to limited staff, delays may occur.

Additional notes

1. If you do not want the product you have purchased or have selected the wrong product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Therefore, please carefully check the product information, especially the size chart, before purchasing. We appreciate your patience.

2. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc.

3. Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return. Our after-sales warehouse is located in the United States, where we will receive and process returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for returns in other countries.

Currently, Crazyours has not authorized any third party for commercial use. Our warranty does not cover any products purchased from any other third party.


Black Friday/Cyber Monday Return Policy
All orders placed using our Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount codes are returned for store credit only, no exchanges or refunds. If you purchase an item marked as final sale, that item is not eligible for any form of refund. We do not adjust prices for previous orders.
